Superfriendly and amiable staff, it was nice stay.
I had superior double room with a private bathroom. The hotel was in a marvellous position near an avenue called Avenida Sunyaxchen, about 10 minutes walk from the main ADO bus terminal in Cancun, the downtown night clubs and common areas.

The staff were really friendly 😊 and the room was super clean! Unfortunately, the wifi was slow and the breakfast was pretty basic with just toast and jam.

Our location was magnificent and perfectly comfortable, close to a bus station. The unit we got was large with really nice showers, a safe, for instance.

The staff were exceedingly nice and the room was very, very clean.
Th breakfast was not my thing and it cost extra. I'd rather have continental breakfast included in the rate.

Friendly staff and local charm
The staff at Hotel Suites Gaby were cute, and the location was ideal for exploring the nearby shops and Mercado 28. Waking up to fresh coffee in the lobby was a nice touch.
Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was disappointing, often dropping connections, and the credit card machine was out of order , forcing me to pay in cash.

Friendly personnel, checked in at 12 a. m. No problem. They showed you where to have dinner and gave you a card for a free drink at the restaurant "La Parrilla" Muchas gracias!!!
There's no fridge in the room.

Clean, modern, really good shower, big flat screen tv.
Location. We stayed here to be closer to the bus and airport because we were leaving the next day. However we ended up spending more on transport as there were no bus stops nearby so we had to get taxis. Staying in zone hotel was better as really good for transport links and walking distance to the beach.

Great location and clean rooms!
Spent a night here and really liked how close it was to market 28 and some good local shops. The room was tidy, and the staff were super friendly! Breakfast had some nice options too. Just wish the Wi-Fi worked better since it was a bit spotty .

Loved this hotel, had very nice experience. The venue was newly renovated and quiet little with stunning location adjacent to the cafe next store as well as the "concrete jungle" of Zona Hoteles. The food was great, cheap.

Friendly staff, clean room.
Lack of lift, we needed to carry our heavy bags to the third floor via very hot stairs. You get wet until you reach your room.
